Free Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship from Seattle, WA so east coast orders take the longest. All items are shipped same day or next business day.

All items are shipped with UPS/USPS insured and tracked. You will get a tracking number as soon as your baby gift box leaves the warehouse. 

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Because our baby gift boxes are carefully curated and packaged, all items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please review the full return details on our Returns & Policies page or contact us if you have questions—we’re always happy to help. If you are not the original purchaser, your return will be store credit.
